The governor of the State, Mauricio Kuri González, confirmed that the Mexico-Querétaro Train project will have two stations in the state. This after the president of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, announced the projects of the Mexico-Querétaro and Querétaro-San Luis Potosí trains.
In light of this, he said that these stations have been proposed to be installed at the Querétaro International Airport (AIQ), another in the state capital, which will have an investment from the federal project. He stressed that the station in the municipality of Querétaro is still being analyzed where it could be located.
Kuri González, celebrated that the president, Claudia Sheinbaum, has ratified these projects, which she considered will provide connectivity to Querétaro. She added that communication will be maintained with the head of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation, to see how support can be provided from the state.
