State Government Secretary Carlos Alcaraz Gutiérrez reported that the Prohibition Law is not planned for Querétaro during the Holy Week festivities.
This comes after religious activities begin this Thursday in the 18 municipalities, which conclude on Easter Sunday. In response, he maintained that it was not deemed necessary to implement this restrictive measure in the state. He emphasized that clubs, bars, and nightclubs will remain closed at 2:00 a.m. during this holiday period.
Alcaraz Gutiérrez assured that all religious activities will continue to be monitored by the State Police (PoEs) to ensure the safety of attendees.
