A new shopping mall will be built near the subdivisions and colonies located in the northwestern part of Querétaro. It is a consortium from Monterrey, which confirmed its presence in the state through its official social networks. This project called Park Point Meseta will bring together various services and products in the aforementioned Querétaro area.
The new shopping mall consists of 12 thousand square meters of construction and is located near the communities surrounding the Querétaro Norponiente Bypass and the subdivisions located in the border area with Guanajuato. As for its opening date, this has not been announced, although the state authorities announced that its construction began in August 2024.
Where will this new shopping mall be located in Querétaro?
This new shopping mall will be located near at least three of the most populated and developed subdivisions in the border area with Guanajuato. Thus, it is located on the Querétaro Northwest Bypass, right in front of the Sonterra Subdivision, between La Luz Avenue and Hidalgo Street.
