The Pueblito doll, made by María Elena Orduña Trejo and Leticia Vega, already has registration with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), reported the municipal government of Corregidora.
This was announced in the framework of the inauguration of the immersive room of the municipality, which has six projectors that give life to four walls with the history of Corregidora, in the temporary room of the Anbanica Museum of History.
The mayor Roberto Sosa expressed that his commitment is to promote the Pueblito doll so that more and more people know it, “every time someone has this little doll in their hands, they take a piece of the heart of the municipality”.
The local Secretary of Economic Development, Esther Carboney Echave, highlighted that with the support of the deputy Maricruz Arellano, the registration of the doll was achieved last year.
“Today we are here to present you our little Pueblito doll, which is the result of hours of meticulous and detailed work by our artisans María Elena Orduña and Lety Vega”.
