The art, cheese, and wine route continues to operate normally in the state, after the operation carried out in the La Redonda vineyard, which was not related to organized crime, the Querétaro Wine Cluster clarified.

“We reiterate that the Art, Cheese and Wine Route of the state of Querétaro continues to operate normally, offering safe, authentic, and high-level wine tourism experiences,” they said.

This was after the conflict that occurred in the La Redonda vineyard, which began in December 2025, after the facilities were taken over by Claudio “N”.

According to the company, the former employee of the company had blocked the facilities together with personnel outside the production facilities, accompanied by external and armed personnel.

Meanwhile, last Tuesday, the vineyard facilities were evicted, and four people were arrested for the crime of dispossession and theft.

Meanwhile, the Querétaro Wine Cluster reported that this situation was not related to external criminal activities or organized crime, but was a legal situation of a vineyard in Ezequiel Montes.

“It is already in the hands of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Querétaro, an authority that has acted in a timely and professional manner to contribute to its prompt resolution,” they said.

In addition, they pointed out that this vineyard is already working to reopen its doors in the shortest possible time, although the other vineyards continue to operate in a sustainable manner.

“We invite everyone to continue visiting our vineyards, enjoy their gastronomy, hospitality, and landscapes, and continue strengthening this region that has established itself as one of the most important wine destinations in the country,” they point out.
