During the first week of December, officers from the Querétaro Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPMQ) referred 271 individuals to civic courts for various administrative violations of the Querétaro municipality’s administrative justice regulations.

According to the results obtained from December 1st to 7th, the most common administrative offense was public intoxication, followed by disobeying a court order and using drugs in public places.

The referral of these individuals to the civic courts was the result of the Municipal Police’s ongoing work on the streets, as well as their timely response to reports received through the 911 emergency number, with the goal of maintaining order and tranquility in the city.
