QUERETARO, QRO.- A tragic incident took place at the Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla Elementary School in the municipality of El Marqués, Querétaro, where a student lost his life due to a firearm impact which according to preliminary versions, occurred accidentally while the student was “playing” with the weapon.

According to local sources, the victim, who was in the sixth grade, was shot in the chest around 11 in the morning inside the classroom, located on Jalisco Street in the town of San Isidro Miranda.
