Querétaro exposes its tourist, cultural and gastronomic wealth in Paseo de la Reforma

Querétaro shows its tourist offer, information about its Magical Towns, its Wine Region, its Sierra Gorda and the products and services

Prior to the start of the 2023 edition of the Tianguis Turístico, based in Mexico City, Querétaro began its participation in the “Tourist Festival” exhibition, where its tourist, cultural and gastronomic wealth is displayed in one of the most famous avenues in the world, Paseo de la Reforma, a few meters from the Angel of Independence monument.

With a permanence until March 27, in this exhibition the state shows its tourist offer, information about its Magical Towns, its Wine Region, its Sierra Gorda and the products and services around the capital city.

In this sample, the Querétaro Wine Cluster participates with the best of the state’s wines; the Association of Cheese Producers, the Association of Tourist Guides, and tour operators such as “Los Nietos” from Amealco de Bonfil, Vinotuors, as well as some typical food producers such as sauces and honey.

Additionally, during the days of the exhibition, there will be a series of artistic presentations with groups such as “Grupo Aztlán”, the Estudiantina of the Autonomous University of Querétaro (UAQ), and a group of dancers from Huapango, from the Pueblo Magical San Joaquin.

Federal authorities were present at the opening ceremony of the “Tourist Festival”, headed by the Federal Secretary of Tourism, Miguel Torruco Marqués of Mexico City and representatives of the participating states. On behalf of the delegation from Querétaro, the director of Tourism Promotion of the state, Gerardo Vázquez Mellado Zolezzi, was present, accompanied by exhibitors from Querétaro.
