Here are the bases of the call to receive Solar Panel Kits
The head of the Secretariat for Sustainable Development (SEDESU), Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, and the mayor of the state capital, Luis Bernardo Nava Guerrero, launched the call for the Solar Panel Kits program.
Through this project and with a joint bag of seven million pesos, five millions from state resources and two from the municipality, it is intended to promote the saving of electrical energy with the installation of Distributed Generation Photovoltaic Systems, supports that are intended specifically to MiPyMEs.
The bases of the call to receive Solar Panel Kits
-The location for the installation of the photovoltaic system must be within the Municipality of Querétaro;
-The supports will be granted to one per person, whether physical or belonging to a company;
-Have a DAC, 01 and PDBT rate with a bimonthly receipt of more than $2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.);
-Have a 220 v contract (Two phases of 110V correctly installed with the 5th terminal);
-The applicant may not have a debt with the Federal Electricity Commission at the address where the photovoltaic system will be installed;
-The roof of the facilities where the photovoltaic system will be installed must be made of firm material;
-Have a load center with protections of the electrical installation itself;
-Meter with physical ground;
-220 v installation contracted with CFE
All applicants must submit the following documents:
-Original of the support request form signed by the applicant, this format will be found as an annex in the corresponding call, it is essential that the information on the request matches the data on the documents.
-Original of the SIMPLE business plan, where the project is explained, the reason for which the support is requested, the destination of the resource and the results that are expected to be obtained if the support is granted, using the format that will be found as an annex in the corresponding call.
-Simple and legible copy of the proof of address where the photovoltaic system will be installed. If the installation of the photovoltaic system is located in a leased address, they must present the corresponding and current lease contract in the name of the applicant, as well as the written authorization of the lessor for the installation of the solar panels. (Only the electricity bill is accepted).
-Simple and legible copy of the proof of address of the person requesting the support, with a maximum age of three months.
-Municipal operating license in force.
-Proof of Fiscal Situation issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (RFC) with a printing date no older than 3 months from the date of entry of the application.
-Simple and legible copy of current official identification with photograph of the applicant.
-Simple and legible copy of the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) of the holder.
-Formal quotation on letterhead issued by one of the selected Installation Companies, with the following elements:
• RFC of the provider.
• Name of the applicant or MiPyME.
• Address where the solar panels will be installed.
• List of each of the goods and services that are part of the facility, including their quantity, short description, unit cost, and total cost. If any quote is in dollars, proof of acceptance of the exchange rate must be presented, prepared by the Secretariat of Economic Development.
• Installed capacity of the system in kW.
• Projected generation in kWh annually.
• Annual benefits of the system in kWh.
• Comparison of annual benefits such as savings in pesos in electricity billing, CO2 stopped emitting into the atmosphere and its equivalent trees planted.
Feasibility opinion by the Installation Company in which the safe and reliable execution of the work is ensured (sufficient and adequate space, current and future structural soundness).
In the event that the cost of the project exceeds the amount of $78,000.00 (SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS 00/100 M.N.) amount that must be covered under the terms and conditions of the Installation Company.
Simple and legible copy of the positive result issued by the Evaluating Entity to the Installation Company.
OPERATING MECHANISM
Once the clarification period for the Installation Companies has concluded, the bases will be published to request support for the “Solar Panel Kits Program for the Municipality of Querétaro” by the MiPyMEs that are within the Municipality of Querétaro.
The call will be addressed to MiPyMEs that are within the Municipality of Querétaro, who must deliver the documentation in printed and digital form at the CANACO facilities (Av. Luis Vega Monroy #405, zone two extended, Balaustradas, 76079 Santiago de Querétaro , Qro. The period for receiving applications will be 10 business days from the publication of the call.
The project cannot be modified after being entered.
CANACO will record the information provided by the MiPyMEs that wish to obtain the support of the Program and will verify that they comply with the requirements established in these guidelines.
Once the documentation delivery period has concluded, the Verifying Entity will review, analyze and qualify each of the applications received, according to the date of receipt of the application, and will issue the results of the analysis.
