Starting next week, the Mobility agents of the municipality of Querétaro will begin to apply tickets for exceeding the speed limits on Highway 57, confirmed the municipal president, Luis Nava.
In addition, they must respect the lanes through which they must circulate, since they will be marked by type of vehicle, otherwise sanctions may be established for those who do not respect it.
The Secretary of Mobility, Rodrigo Vega Maestre, indicated that next Monday the Carousel Operations and radar will begin in the municipalized section of federal highway 57 with six police units.
The section of the federal highway administered by the municipal government runs from the State Attorney General’s Office to the intersection with Avenida Zaragoza.
“The car patrols will already be circulating, we have the license plates and the insurance, the units are already there, four will be on the 57 doing a Carousel Operation and two more units at the beginning and end of the section,” Vega Maestre said.
The intention of these actions is to reduce the number of road accidents.
