The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals has asserted that there is an upward trend in the real estate market in Querétaro, data that coincide with the figures revealed by the municipal authorities, in accordance with the compliance observed in the goals of collection of property and transfer domain during January and February of this year.

Businessmen of the entity maintain the expectation that this trend of economic recovery will continue with which the second half of 2020 closed after the buying and selling activities were stopped by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Querétaro is one of the states of the republic that reports a greater and more dynamic real estate activity and this is largely understood by the joint efforts of the authorities and businessmen to achieve spaces that satisfy a growing demand in search of developments that are coupled to the primary needs when searching for heritage, which is proximity to businesses, schools, and wide roads to avoid crowds, factors that, according to specialists, are the current challenges to which the sector must adapt and that have achieved in the entity, for example, in the intelligent use of natural areas such as the surroundings of the Fray Junípero Serra road ring.

A successful case of this type of development is Zibatá, which, thanks to the vision of Grupo Supraterra, an important developer company with more than 20 years of experience, has managed to make what was planned from the beginning a reality. Zibatá has wide avenues, generous green areas, and avant-garde spaces that allow you to enjoy a well-planned urban environment, achieving a comfortable, safe and functional way of life.

In addition to this, its strategic location connected by wide and modern roads such as the Fray Junípero Serra ring towards the city center by Bernardo Quintana, or towards the exit to Juriquilla, as well as its proximity to the international airport, make it a very attractive destination to invest.

Institutions such as the Universidad Anáhuac, attractive shopping malls, or the most modern hospital built by the IMSS in Querétaro, reinforce the presence of social centers and businesses that promote economic dynamics and local consumption, a business model with which real estate companies bet on the economic recovery of the sector in the new Querétaro after the pandemic.
