‘It was just the paint’: Luxury McLaren abandoned after crashing into a tree in Querétaro

A McLaren 570S, without license plates, was abandoned after being involved in a traffic accident in Juriquilla, Querétaro.

According to information from the Querétaro city authorities, they received reports around 5:00 a.m. this Sunday about a supercar that had crashed and been abandoned on a public road.

Public Safety personnel responded to the report, and several traffic and police units immediately went to the location.

Upon arrival, the officers located the black McLaren 570S supercar, which had no license plates.

The luxury vehicle was found on the median of one of the roundabouts on Boulevard Villas del Mesón in Juriquilla.

A McLaren 570S crashed into a tree on the median of the urban road, sustaining damage to the front of the vehicle.

Public Safety authorities reported that upon arriving at the scene, they found no one inside or outside the vehicle.

They stated that the supercar was abandoned by its occupant(s) after the crash.

It was reported that the McLaren 570S did not have license plates, so the owner’s identity is unknown.

Authorities announced that the luxury vehicle was towed to an impound lot to begin the corresponding investigation to determine what happened and, if necessary, assign responsibility.
