Office Market in Querétaro Grows in Q1 2026 with Increased Demand and New Developments

During the first quarter of 2026, the office market in Querétaro showed clear signs of growth, both due to the addition of new spaces and the increase in occupancy, in an environment that maintains the interest of companies in establishing themselves in the state, according to the Solili platform.

During this period, the corporate inventory increased by approximately 14,000 square meters, following the opening of a new office building. This development (Cápita Sur building) began operations with an occupancy rate of nearly 87%, reflecting solid demand from its inception and effective placement of space in the market.

At the same time, construction activity continues. Of particular note is the start of a new corporate project (The Own) that will add approximately 13,000 square meters of office space in the coming months. This type of development responds to the search for more modern, efficient, and well-located spaces, in line with the current needs of businesses.

But despite the influx of new supply, occupancy levels have remained stable, suggesting a healthy balance between availability and demand. This behavior allows the market to continue expanding without generating significant pressure on key indicators, experts indicated.

Overall, Querétaro is consolidating a positive performance in its office market, with orderly growth driven by new developments, increasing absorption, and demand that continues to favor higher-quality corporate spaces.
