The coverage was valid for those who made their payment during the first months of the year, according to what was published on their official websites.
In Querétaro, the city of Querétaro, the insurance covers up to 100,000 pesos for damages and 25,000 pesos for theft, while in Corregidora, the protection is between 50,000 and 20,000 pesos. In El Marqués, this benefit was also offered to those who paid in January, although the amounts were not specified. San Juan del Río provided insurance with coverage of up to 50,000 pesos.
In contrast, municipalities such as Jalpan de Serra held raffles for household appliances to encourage payment, while in the rest of the state, only discounts and waivers of surcharges or fines were implemented.
