With activities for the enjoyment of children and adults, in the midst of a festive, family and safe atmosphere, the Querétaro International Livestock Fair 2024 is positioned as a recreational space, which after ten days of realization registers just over 153 thousand attendees.
The General Director of the State Coordination of Civil Protection (CEPCQ), Javier Amaya Torres, highlighted the coordinated work carried out with federal, state, municipal and private corporations, in order to guarantee safety conditions and the monitoring of preventive measures during the development of the traditional fair.
So that visitors continue to enjoy the various recreational activities without setbacks, inspections and supervision tours are carried out in spaces such as the livestock exhibition halls and craft pavilions, mechanical games and stages for artistic events at the Teatro del Pueblo and palenque, recalled the official.
He also highlighted that there is a CEPCQ stand, where specialist personnel share activities aimed at the general population in terms of prevention and self-protection, such as the family civil protection plan, first aid, risk identification, fire prevention measures, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), among others.
With this proposal, together with the Armed Forces Exhibition, in charge of the Secretariat of National Defense and the National Guard, and the information stand of the State Police, the aim is for the population to receive knowledge to know how to prepare and respond to an emergency, while enjoying family time and strengthening the proximity and trust between the population and the authorities.
In addition to the musical offering at the Teatro del Pueblo and the Palenque, attendees have been able to enjoy the livestock exhibition and attractions such as mechanical games, ice skating show, circus performances, drone show and a varied commercial area; In addition to the El Marqués Municipal Pavilion, where producers, artisans and merchants promote their products and the cultural and tourist wealth of the region is exhibited.
FIGQ 2024 activities will continue until December 15, as an opportunity to exhibit and enjoy the best of the entity’s culture and hospitality.
