Bon appétit! The sixth edition of the Goût de / Good France Festival will arrive in Querétaro from October 14 to 22.
It is an event that brings French gastronomy closer to 150 countries around the world, which through local ingredients will represent the Arts de la table through meals ranging from four to seven courses.
This is possible, thanks to the link generated between the Municipality of Querétaro and the French Embassy.
There will be five Queretaro restaurants that will join the French gastronomic experience: Argentilia, Asador Bacanora, Ay Lola!, Central Central, and Josecho; who will be inspired by the Loire Valley for the dishes
They will bring to Queretaro palates dishes built with inputs from the region, supporting chefs and restaurants in the transition to sustainable gastronomy and in their new role as ambassadors of a more environmentally responsible food and gastronomy.
Mexico
In Mexico, Goût de / Good France will be held with the participation of restaurants from Mexico City, Baja California Sur, Chiapas, Jalisco, and Querétaro.
Regarding the menu, each restaurant is free, but the minimum of 4 times per meal and the incorporation of local products must be respected.
Queretaro
For Queretaro restaurants, it represents an opportunity for promotion; while for the municipality of Querétaro, the possibility of continuing to project itself nationally and internationally as a tourist attraction in all areas.
